Q: How big is the mobile bar?

A: The mobile bar is 4 feet wide by 7 feet long.  It can easily fit into all outdoor spaces and indoor spaces as well as long as there is a ramp and double doors.

Q: What types of drink can be served from the bar?

A: We work with a variety of distributors and can get kegs of beer, wine, sangria, spiked seltzer, prosecco, cider, cold brew, juices, teas, and sodas.

Q: Who provides the alcohol?

A: We are a BYOB mobile bar service, so you are responsible for providing the alcohol, per state laws.  This will also help you save money!  We have a list of preferred vendors you can use and can assist with delivery as well.

Q: Do you provide bartenders?

A: Yes, we provided RAMP Certified bartenders.

Q: Do you have insurance?

A: Yes, we are insured.

Q: What areas do you serve?

A:  Our mobile vehicles serve the Greater Philadelphia Area, Delaware, South Jersey, and parts of Maryland.  Roots orders can be placed online and are shipped throughout the US.

Q: Can you assist with styling and decor?

A: Yes! We have different decorative pieces that we can include at your event or you can decorate with your own pieces.

Q: I placed a Roots order.  How long until i will receive it?

A:  Your order will be shipped out within 5-7 business days, and you should receive it shortly after that.  We try to get orders fulfilled sooner than that, but please note that we are a small business and as much as we try, we are not as quick as Amazon, so your patience is appreciated!  You can email us with any questions or status updates, just include your order # in your email.
